In which states do you provide your services?We currently provide our services to residents in the states of Pennsylvania and Florida.

Do you need to be in the same state as your online therapist?Yes you currently do need to be in the same state as your counselor. However, we hope the laws will eventually change and if they do we will certainly let you know.

What is the length and frequency of our sesssions?Standard sessions are typically 50 to 60 minutes and can take place on a weekly, bi-weekly basis, or monthly basis depending on your particular needs/wants.

How much does each session cost?We accept several major insurance carriers and bill them accordiong to your plan. Please check with your insurance company for cost and number of sessions allowed. Self-pay is also available if you do not have or do not want to use insurance. Please contact us for pricing.

Do you bill insurance?Yes we bill insurance companies that we are in-network with. We will also provide you with a Superbill if you would like to submit it to your insurance if it is out of our network.

Do you offer in-person counseling?No we do not offer in-person counseling at this time. All of our counseling sessions are high quality video sessions.

Can anyone get therapy online?Yes anyone can receive online counseling as long as you have a smartphone, tablet, or computer and access to the internet. Online therapy has been found to be just as effective as in-person treatment for adults, young adults, and teenagers.
